I am lil curious before getting my new petition filed from a new employer, I noticed that there are different statuses for the LCA that are filed viz. Certified-Withdrawn,Certified,Withdrawn,Denied. can a employer be evaluated based on these statuses? can some one please explain or tell me where can i find the meaning of each status.
