    Got LCA number for H1 B approved petition. What next?

    As part of H1 B 2013 drive my company filed petition and it is approved now. I have got LCA number but no i797 reciept number.
    It seems my current company is not going to utilize my approved petition and i am looking to take this forward on my own.

    What should i do? This LCA number is of any use if i switch company?
    Any valid suggestions?
