Need Help on H4 Extension while my H1 is in Transfer

Hi,

I am planning to do H4 extension on my own for my Spouse and Kid. Please help me with the below questions

1. My H1 transfer is in pending. Can I initate the H4 extension for my dependents (I-94 expires on Mar 7,2014)

2. Is the Form i539 correct for H4 extension. Since https://www.immihelp.com/sample-inst...visitors-visa/ explains only Visitors Visa('B')

3. If yes, What I have to answer for 'Part 3' of the document available in
1. I/we request that my/our current or requested status be extended until___________
2. Is this application based on an extension or change of status already granted to your spouse, child, or parent?
Here, should I say Yes or No?
3. Is this application based on a separate petition or application to give your spouse, child, or parent an extension or change of status?
a. No
b. Yes. Filed with this I539
c.Yes, filed previously and pending with USCIS. Receipt #_______

4. Do I need to fill I-134 Affidavit of support Form.

5. What are the documents needs to be attached.

If you are still with the old employer, your dependents can apply for their extension using the old approved petition. If you have already moved to the new employer based on receipt, your dependents will have to use the new petition to file their extensions based on the new pending petition.

3. If yes, What I have to answer for 'Part 3' of the document available in

Thanks a lot for your kind information.

I have already moved to the new employer.

For section 3.3. to specify the date, I have only I797 Receipt notice and it has only Notice date and does not have till what date it was applied.

The attorney who is handling my H1 Transfer says it was applied till July 31, 2016. But nothing mentioned in Receipt Notice.

Is it fine to specify the same date that my attorney says.

Please clarify.

There is no need.

If you need to get notorized documents in general, there are many options. Many big banks do it for free for their customers. Many UPS and Fedex locations also offer this service for a fee.
