H4 extension required for minor with new H1 for spouse and renewal

I had H1B stamped with company X (visa expired) and moved to another company Y. I don't have visa stamped for company Y. My wife and daughter have H4 visa stamped under company Y. My wife has got H1 approved this year but not stamped yet. We are going to India, so I need H1B visa stamped for company Y and my wife needs new H1B visa stamped, my question is does my daughter needs visa stamping too even though it is not expiring and it is same? I want H4 of her under company Y and not my wife's H1b
