Time to share my experience...after getting all help in this forum from our forum members I got a successful visa stamping in India this week....
Appeared in consulate 15 minutes before the interview...there was almost 50 other candidates before me...so wait time was long almost 30-40 minutes....VO asked only some simple questions...
1. How long you are working for your employer
2. What is your salary
3. How long you worked for previous employer
4. Few marriage related common question to my spouse
...and then finally "your visa is approved"...no additional document was asked apart from I-797/petition copy...
