H4 Visa Interview Location ?

Hello,

I am on H1 and am getting married in Feb 2014, so my spouse will be coming on H4. As per plan her Visa interview will be few days after the marriage.
I am based in Delhi and she is from Ranchi, Jharkhand. I have the following question:

1. Can I chose New Delhi is the Interview Location for her?
She is in Ranchi for last 3 years and her passport address is also of Ranchi. While selection location for interview it asks for State of residency and When i enter Jharkhand it automatically takes Kolkata as the center. But we want it to be Delhi, can I chose Delhi as the State.

2. Since we are not married yet and she is single, can I /Should I show her Status as Married in DS 160 as I am felling form before her marriage?
