H1 B transfer to new employee

Hi,
here is my situation

I got an offer from a employer A ,accepted the offer and they filed for my LCA last week for location X
Now I got a better offer from employer B at a different location Y.So I rejected the offer from employer A now

So now applying for LCA and H1 transfer through employer B for location Y will cause any issues?
