Hi,
I am working on H1B in US. My petition is expiring in Feb,2014 so my employer filed petition for extension of stay. Due to some emergency, I need to go to India while petition decision was pending. My employer tried to file premium processing but due to government shutdown, premium processing could not process before my arrival in US. So I left country in Oct 2013 and came back in Nov 2013. My premium processing petition processed after my arrival in US. Now, I have two I-94. One which I got port of entry and other which comes with I-797 approval. Port of entry I-94 is valid till Feb 2014 based on my previous I-797 but other one which is with newly approved petition is valid till Sept 2015. Which one I should use?
