Hello Friends,

I need help and advice from you.

I am planning for my H1b visa stamping this Jan 14. While filing DS-160 I stuck with one question

- Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?
Yes or No

The Situaton is this My spouse employer has filed her GC on EB-2 basis. Her I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending because of date retrogration (INDIA). I am the beneficiary on her application. We have received EAD card and AP. As my spouse is primary applicant on EB-2 filing and I am the beneficiary, Do I need to Say Yes or No for the above question?
