H1B & H4 Extension Issue.
Hi Team,
My H1B and H4 for My spouse extensions were filled in July 12th 2013. On November 12th we got the approval extended up to Three years (2013-2016) which was Happy.
To my surprise on November 25th I got an email from USCIS regarding my application has been Accepted and i had been through online to check the status it has why i got agin an email after approvel and i found my case moved from “post decision activity”(last Stage) to “Acceptance”(first Stage).
On December 4th, once again I got one more approval extended up to one year(2013-2014) only. Despite of all these, the online status shows “Acceptance” instead of “Post Decision Activity” now too.
Also in my wife case, she did not get any email or anything that sort and her extension still for 3 years and status is “post decision activity”.
I’m really confused and Please let me know what is happening with my H1 petition.
