Hi All,
I am about to go to my visa interview in Chennai on Jan 3rd 2014 with my approved H1-B (I-797) petition.
I work for an employer X and H1-B petition is also approved with the same employer X. I am going to usa to work at the client location.
Today I found the Address in the Job location field(Client Location) in LCA and I-129 is wrong and which needs the correction.
When I took the issue to the employer X, he said that new LCA should be filed by attorney, and it takes 7 days for the new LCA.
1) Please confirm if only new LCA would solve my problem and can I go with the new LCA to interview or
2) Do i need to get new H1-B petition also ?
