Help in H1b visa

Hi,
I attended H1b and VO has kept my paspsort with him. Today i got a mail saying that passports have been dispatched but i have a query as below.

When my h1b was filed i had one passport. I got some updates done to my name so i got a new updated passport with a new number. After this i got married and got my spopuse's name updated in the passport and got another passport with a new number again. When i attended the interview I was carrying all my passports but gave the latest one to VO. he did not ask me for the older ones and i also did not produce those myself.

I just want to know if this can cause any issue.

No issues. New Visas should always be on the latest passport. But do carry all passports with you when you travel. Always show the latest passport with the visa and if asked show the old one.
