H1 Transferred on Previous Employer's Petition, current employers app is in process
Hi Friends,
I got my H1B stamped in March 2013 from company A. In August company A sent me to Toronto (Canada) on a project. In the meanwhile Company B started filed for my H1B and I came back to US. I resigned from company A and started working with company B based on the receipt notice received from USCIS. After joining Company B I got to know that there is RAC or REF query. In the meanwhile Company C transferred my H1B based on Company A's existing petition and received the approval notice. So I resigned from Company B and stated working with Company C. Later after my resignation, Company B withdrew the H1B application.
I want to visit India soon and just wanted to know if there can be any complications during my Visa Stamping.
Please advice.
