    H4 dependent visa help if spouse H1 stamped visa expiring but 1-797 valid for 3 years

    Hi Immihelp,
    My stamped H1 visa is expiring in a week but my new approved I-797 is valid for 3 years and i am in US. I want to send my wife for dependent visa stamping.

    Are there any risks/ problems in sending my wife for H4 dependent visa stamping.

    Please advice if any had this scenario
