H1 B Activation Question
Hi Folks,
I was on H1 B visa couple of years back but because of some personal reasons I had to move to H4 visa. When I moved to H4 visa I still had a year left in my H1B visa.
My question is that - if I want to move back to H1 B visa, can I do that any time in the future since there was still some time left in my visa(assuming that it will not go under the H1B lottery) or Can my H1B visa be activated only until my old H1B expiry date?
