Hello,
Could you please clarify me the following doubt?
I work for a MNC A. Before joining this company I was working in US for a consultant B in this MNC A (US branch of A). Currently I've only the W2 for 6months duration while I was working there.
Now company A is ready to process my H1 transfer.
My questions are
1. Is it possible for a H1 transfer with only the W2 documents and without the payslips?
2. My H1 from B expires by December 2005. Does this mean I need to get h1 transfer petition approved and stamping got before this time period? Is this a feasible one?
