Hi All!!
I'm in H4 visa now . My husband's fingerprinting was done in July'2005. He submitted my documents for GC to his company lawyer in july but recently we came to know that the lawyer couldn't submit it 'coz of quota full. Now my husband wanna use his AC21 and willing to join the company where he is working in a project as a contractor.The company who gave him this contract was the original sponsor for his GC. Is it safe to do so now ?? Can't we submit my application ourselves when the quota reopens?? And as my case is an amendment to his case, why this quota full matters ??
Any help would be highly appreciated.
