H1B Query
Hi,
Need advice on the following:
1. H1B(i129 petition) approved with employer A. Stamping is pending. Can i change to employer B?
2. If answer to above is yes. I don't have a copy of i797. I do have the petition number and on uscis site the status is post decision - approved.
What other documents are needed for change of employment.
3. Do i need to get the stamping in home country. can i travel to US as tourist and find another employer and opt for stamping in US itself?
PS: This is a first time H1 B processing
