New Citizenship(&passport) & its impact on valid H1B Visa

Hi, I will be getting my new citizenship soon, and thus i will have to surrender my current passport(with the valid H1B visa till Sep 2015), and get a new passport from the new country. I would like to know what should i do in order to transfer this valid H1B visa to my new passport? I was told that I will need to apply for a new H1B visa, but is that means a new petition has to be filed? Or simply a visa application , using the previous approved petition? What documents that I need to provide in order to get a valid H1B visa stamped on my new passport?
