Hi,
I have received and accepted an offer with an employer B and they have initiated the process by submitting my LCA with DOL on Dec-24. My H1B transfer petition will be filed with USCIS along with the LCA approval once my attorney receives that. However, my contract with my current client for employer A has ended on Dec-29 and I received the pay stub for Dec-31. However, there will be no pay stub for Jan-15. So, in such a situation, what is my status? Am I at risk? The LCA approval has taken time due to Christmas and New year vacations and hopefully is expected nect week. Pls throw some light here.
