Hi All,
My wife entered US with H4 Visa on Sep, 2012. Later applied for H1 visa on April, 2013.
Meanwhile my H1-extn was applied along with her H4 Extn on May, 2013.
Her H1 Visa (with Change Of Status) was approved on Nov, 2013.
Both our Extns(H1, H4) got approved last week. Now My wife has both H1 & H4 in approved status.
As per "last action rule" ,
1. is her current visa - H4 or H1?..
2. if it is H4, then how to change it back to H1?
If anyone have come across the same case, pls do let us know how to proceed.
