Appointment for H1-B stamping in Mexico

I am looking to book an appointment for H1 stamping in Mexico (Tijuana). Does anyone have here have an experience with that. Any advice will be helpful.

In case you are citizen of Mexico, it is fine, otherwise go to your home country for stamping, as chances of you being redirected to home country for stamping, are high. It would cause unnecessary refusal and cost.
