H1B Cap Exempt- Time Remaining Calculation

Hello,
I was in US on H1B visa from 2005 to 2008. Then I returned back and stayed in my home country for 4 years. Last year I came back on L1B and have used 2 years of L1B.
Could you please suggest if I move to new employer through the cap exempt H1B visa using my old H1's unused years-
a) Is it possible
b) How many years on H1 will I get?
i) Remaining 3 years of H1
ii) Remaining 3 years of H1 minus the 2 years now used on L1B

Any help and pointers in this regard will be much appreciated.

If you use the old H1 then probably only one Year.
