Hi Friends,
1) My H1B transfer completed with current employer 'A' in 2 weeks before and its valid from Jan 6th 2014.
2) My last date with the previous Employer B is exactly on Jan 3rd 2014.
3) Due to some pre-employment pending activities with the Current Employer A, my joining date postponed to Jan 9th 2014.
4) So I will not be payed by Current employer A for three 3 days ( Jan 6th to Jan 8th 2014) and there is a pay stub gap in these 3 days.
Is it fine or illegal? Will it affect my Green card process in future? Please advise.
