    New H1 on expiring passport

    Hello,

    I am currently on L1 Visa and thinking to switch to H1 on 2015 cycle. My passport is exipring in January 2015. If I don't get my passport renewed before April 2014 and go ahead with current passport on H1 cycle, what would be validity of my H1 ? What process do I need to follow for H1/I-94 extension once I get new passport ?
