Can i change job while Green card LC is applied on Non cap H1b visa

I currently have my non cap H1b with me & if i start my green card processing from non profit organization, can i switch my job to profit organization anytime after that?

Moving from H1 Non Cap to H1 Cap would first require H1 Cap to be open. Currently H1 cap will open only in April 2014 with a start date of Oct 2014. The for profit organization would first have to file H1 for you in April 2014, and subsequently after approval you can work with the new employer only post 01-Oct-2014.

Thanks for reply, but let me rephrase my question.

So i have my non cap H1b & also my LC is approved for green card from non-profit organization, so now can i change my job & go to profit organization based on my approved LC for green card or Do i have to be on non-profit organization till the time my green card is approved?
