Hi!
My job with the company I was working for is about the be done – just in time before my visa expires mid February – and as I was getting ready to leave, someone from another company who saw my performance during this project has offered me new employment.
I'm currently under a Chilean FTA H1B1 Visa, and was wondering, what steps should I take to renew it from here? I've read all I need is the newly approved LCA, but I haven't found any reliable source for this.
Now, even if this was the case, the other thing I haven't been able to find out about, which concerns me a lot, is renewing my wife's H4.
