Somebody please help urgently.
My current H1 petition and I94 are expiring on 15 Dec 05. I have not yet applied for my extension. I have resigned from the company A which holds my H1 as I got job in company B.
Now can I transfer and extend my VISA at the same time ? Or if not, which one of below is advisable
i) Transfer and extend
ii) Extend and transfer (which option is not available to me and I am really worried if that is the only way.)
Please reply urgently.
