Just wanted to know if there is any issue with the following:
1. 1st H1b stamping done with the original H1b petition which stated that I will be working for a client at the employer office itself.
I have not travelled to US.
2. Now the employer is going to file an LCA amendment as I will be working for a client at a different location than the employer address. Everything else (e.g. wage, position, etc.) remains the same.
The employer is going to provide an approval (if approved) of the LCA amendment before I travel.
Will there be any issues at the port of entry?
