Can I join company B after a month without applying again H1B transfer?

Hi All,
I have a question as below:
If two company applying H1B transfer simultaneously. Suppose companies are A and B applying for same start date. If I join A on the date and ask B to wait with some reason. And B is ready to wait for a month.
So can I join B after a month without applying again H1B transfer for/from B company?
