-Currently in US on H4 extension-initial review (applied h4 extension on 23rd Dec 2013 and I-94 expires on 27th Jan 2014
-H1 approved on 22nd as a consular process
Queries:
1.Until what date can i file my change of status against my newly approved H1 (ex:30 or 60 days from H1 approval etc..)
2.If you state that, we can file Change of Status with Pending H4 extension to newly approved H1B then when can we apply this change of status under premium process.
3. If change of status time frame is only 30 days should i go to india and get stamped .In this scenario what are the required set of documents for stamping.
