    H1 Processing while H4 is in Process

    Hi,

    Currently I am in US. I had applied my H4 (L1 to H4 Status Change) on Oct 2013 as my wife is on H1B. But my H4 petition is still in REVIEW Status. Can I apply for H1B when my H4 petition is still under review? What would be the best step to move forward.
