Hi All,
I am currently on H1B visa with employer X and I got a offer from employer Y. Employer Y is ready for H1 transfer which is fine.
My wife(dependent) left US few months back. Now for my transfer along with her H4, what all documents do I need? I believe the main form is I-539 which has to be signed by my wife only. Is it ok if she signs it and scan i back to me? Or is it ok if I sign and submit ? How can I get the signing authority for her?
Also they are asking for I-94 (even if expired). Since she is back in India what is the alternative.
What if i dont submit her documents? Will she be able to come to US next month? (Visa stamped on PP is valid till Dec 2014)
Can I submit her documents once she is back ?
