Fraudulent verification DD $325

Hello Everyone,

I am in touch with a consultant who has promised me to arrange interview calls from overseas companies. The consultant has not asked for any money and said that I have only pay after I get a job in US. Now they are asking me to make a DD on the favor of "US Citizenship and Immigration Services" for Fraudulent Verification.

I have not got any interview call and the H1 visa filing process has not even begun. The consultant is asking me to make DD and then only they can send my data to their clients for scheduling interviews. I felt something fishy and thought of clarifying it on this forum.

Please let me know is this really the process for going to H1 visa and is it really required to make a Demand draft of $325 on the name of US Citizenship and Immigration Services.

I am also in touch with once consultant which has similar kind of demand. He is asking for $500 in favor of "US Citizenship and Immigration Services".
The consultant is from Hydrabad, could you please tell me if you have already decided to proceed with your consultant.

Its **** and scam consultant

I got same mail from the Hyderabad consultancy starting with H1ba....... and I checked with US embassy and they said they its a **** and trying to misuse applicant money. They also provided the correct information

Whoever applied try to cancel your DD immediately.
