B.Sc with MBA Finance + H1B

Hello Team,

I am currently on H4 and looking for a prospective H1 sponsorship. I hold B.Sc Computer Science + MBA Finance with 15 months of work experience.
I understand USCIS will consider only cases that have 3 years of work experience to compensate US equivalent Bachelors degree. Will my MBA in Finance be taken into consideration if a company is ready to sponsor H1?

You would have to get educational evaluation done in order to determine if your education is equivalent to US bachelor's.
