I ma on H4 filed for H1. I f I go to India while h1 is processing does it cause any problem to my h1. Actually I don't have nay stamping in my passport for h4 so is it ok to get H4 stamp in this month Please let me know.
Becoz I have file h1b in aug 3rd. So I am expecting it on nov. If I get the approval ambassy will be abel to see my status in H1. How does it work please let me know.
