Check status of H1B visa, revoked or not, how to check ?

Hi All,

I was working for employer A on L1B visa , and filed a H1b visa change of status by another employer B . I got approval for the H1B petition, but in stamping, it was rejected.

Currently on USCIS website, its shows status of my petition no. as : Initial review.

How can I check that My petition is still valid , and not been revoked ?

As another employer want to file the new H1B petition under cap exempt option, am I eligible for that, if the petition is not revoked or revoked ?

Imp is how to confirm, if petition is revoked or not ???

They will send you a mail when the processing is done... You can't check yourself

Also u can file cap exempt petition with other employer
