Need Help - Employer withdraw H1 sponser and Passport is with Police

Hi,

Here is my situation of my friend

- Involved in domestic violence and got arrested with the complaint from his wife
- Passport has been surrendered to Police when we took him in bail bond
- He is not allowed to work with the Client place ( his employer is still not fired him and trying to find him a job )
- If employer is not finding a job for him in 15 days ,employer will withdraw his H1 sponsor
- We hired a attorney for him and working on this case and he says this case takes minimum of 6 months.

What next will happen ?

- If H1 Sponsor is withdrew ,what will happen to him ? will he be departed to his Country ? ( but his passport is with the Police)
- What will happen to his wife , Now she is ok to withdraw her complaint .
