Dear Member,
I have been working on H1B visa in USA. I came to US on H1B in June 2013. I have valid H1B visa till sep 2015. Currently i am in USA. In the month of January 2014, i have transferred my H1B petition to another employer(H1B petitioner) and it got approved and the new petition is valid till Nov 2016 and I started working for new petitioner. But my wife and kid are in India and they are planning to come to US in March 2014 with new petition and both of them are having valid visa till sep 2015, but with old petitioner. The old petition got revoked in December 2014 by previous employer. My wife and kid are having valid H4 dependent visas.
Since my wife and kid planning to come to USA, I would like to know whether they need to go for stamping again or they can travel to US with existing visa and new petition, because they have valid visa till September 2015?
Please suggest how can i proceed.
