Hi,
I have an H1-B VISA stamping (for company A) on my passport valid till 2015.
My H1-B transfer has just been filed by another company(Company B). I need to travel out of the country for 2-3 days. Can I travel internationally as soon as I receive the RECEIPT no. from USCIS for my transfer petition without waiting for the approval of this H1-B transfer.
Would like to know if the travel will adversly impact my VISA transfer process in any ways.
Any help is appreciated !
