Education evaluation for H1B

My wife transferred visa from H4 to H1. She has three years bachlors degree and 3 years computer diploma. When applying for H1B, we submitted an education evaluation that her education is equivalent to 4 year BS degree in U.S and her petition was approved. Will she have any issues when going for H1B stamping in India? Will they honor the evaluation or reject her visa based on education + experience?
