H1B Approved showing in "POST DECISION ACTIVITY" 4M LAST 2 MONTH'S ???

As per my petition and offer letter my joining date is oct-2013.but still my case showing approved in "post decision activity" fromlast 2 months how much more time it will take to give final approval with I797. means usually how much more time it will take ????

please help me whats more steps need to be followed till i reach consulate interview as my petition is approved ????

No one can predict how long an admin activity will take. Is it because of a common name check?
