  • H1B Premium Processing

    Hello,
I had applied for L1 to H1 COS on April 2012 Regular Processing. Since September 11 the status did not change from Request For Evidence Response Review. In order to expedite the process I had applied for premium processing last week. Form I907 along with the cheque has been delivered to California Service Centre on 31st January as per USPS Tracking number. But we have not received any acknowledgment from USCIS. There is a dedicated number for premium processing request enquiry. When I called that number and entered my receipt number automated system could not find any information related to it. What does this mean? Does my 15 days SLA start from 31st that is the day my documents were delivered or the day they start working on it and send any acknowledgment. Please tell me how to investigate this case. Appreciate your help very much!!
