I am on H1B and my wife is on H4. Our current visa and petition is expiring on March 10,2014. We have already applied for extension and its still under initial review.
My wife wants to travel to India mid feb and come back to US on march 4, 2014. So will that be a problem? Can her entry be denied at POE? is there any specific set of docs to be carried to make her case strong?
