I am new member to IMM help, I would like to apply the jobs based out of USA....Currently I am located in INDIA - BANGALORE...

Could any one guide me how to search and apply for the Jobs ...

Hello, Srikrishna.

Unless your existing company sends you to US, or you study in US and are there personally, it is hugely difficult to land a job. There are some Desi consultancies in almost all parts of the US, especially the coasts (West and East). You could look up these consultancies on Sulekha.com and see if they are willing to help - i doubt, though, as they have very little incentive to sponsor you, do your paperwork etc. - it is not as profitable for them as finding someone on CPT/OPT and sponsoring that person for an H1B.
