Working for less hours on H1

Can I work for less than 40hours a week being on H1? I am not talking about multiple jobs...its just that I am trying to find out if I have the option to work for say 100hours a month?

What are the rules around it? What is the risk involved?

If it is mentioned "Full Time Employe" then it has to be 40 Hours Per week. Otherwise the LCA should mention clearly that it is a part time employment.
