L1B to H1B Transfer from same company

Iam working with my current employer A for past 3 years on L1B visa. My current employer is willing to transfer a H1B but not sponsor a new H1B Visa. Employer B is willing to apply for my H1B. Can anyone please help me answer this query:
1. Incase I get a H1B approval by Company B in April, 2014, can I transfer my H1B back to Company A before October 2013, and thus move from L1B to H1B with my current employer?

Yes it is possible. But you would not be able to get approval in April 2014, even if processed in premium you are looking at May 2014 without RFEs.
