Part-time H1b Issues and subsequent transfer to another company

Hello All,

I work at Company A and they have accepted to sponsor my H1-B, but only as a part-time H1-B. I wanted to know a few things:

1. What is the drawback of a part-time H1 when compared to the full-time?
2. If I want to move to another company after my part-time H1-B is approved, will the next company I join know that I am under the part-time H1-B instead of full time?
3. Will the next company I join also put me on part-time H1-B because I was filed as a part-time H1-b initially?
