H1B VISA Renewal

got stamped for Client A:

MY H1B VISA expired on 31-DEC-2013

Petition is valid up to DEC-2015

Now working with the same company, but client B:

i applied for LCA Change - i mentioned duration of stay as 12 months.....

now can i apply for H1B VISA for 3 Years.....

Requesting you all please kindly share your knowledge on the same .....what is the exact procedure and can i apply H1B VISA renewal by mentioning duration of stay as
3 years, where New LCA change is approved for 12 months ...........
