Transfer to new H1b while current H1b is in Admin processing...
HI All,
I had attended for H1b interview with a new employer and the VO gave me Blue 221g form stating "Returning Petition to USCIS". He also took my I797,I28,I129.
Below are my questions?
1) I am eligible for CAP Exempt?
2) My current employer is planning for H1 this year(2014), can I transfer the previous H1b which is in Admin processing to the current employer?
3) Is there any other way?
Please help me on this issue. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
